We deliver at a minimum charge according to each area of ​​Pune city, up to the third floor (if the goods have to be brought by stairs), you will not have to pay any additional charges, for each floor after the third floor an additional charge of Rs. 100 per item will be charged,
If the sofa comes by lift, you will not have to pay any additional charges.
Large orders will be sent in 2 or more shipments as per the requirement.
Delivery service may take longer due to natural calamities, rainy days, epidemics or lack of electricity.
Sofas, chairs are not delivered with legs attached, the legs are installed at the customer’s home, so the customer should avoid taking delivery on days when there is no electricity.
While we maintain stringent quality control, any manufacturing fault, damage during transit, or other issues must be reported to Kalyani Furnitech within 12 hours of the delivery.
Delivery will be made to the exact address specified at the time of order placement. Kalyani Furnitech is not responsible for any damage or breakage to the product once it has been successfully delivered to the designated location.
