Product Personalisation

Kalyani Furnitech specializes in creating custom-made furniture. Every item is produced following the specific personalization choices selected by you, the customer.

We acquire necessary raw materials such as fabric, leather, textiles, and accessories according to your specified customizations. Although we collaborate exclusively with trusted vendors, there might be slight variations from the samples or materials displayed in the catalogue/on the website due to the intrinsic properties of the material itself. This could potentially cause a few days’ delay in the shipment of your product(s).

Material Availability & Substitutions

We strive diligently to obtain the necessary materials promptly and will notify you if there are any supply-related delays. You are welcome to suggest alternative materials if particular components are unavailable or face delays.

Please be aware that there may be small differences in the fabric, leather, colour textures, or grain patterns compared to the samples or catalogue. These batch-to-batch variations from the supplier are natural occurrences and are not considered a fault.

Product Representation

The final products might appear slightly different from the digital images showcased on our website. This variation can arise from differences in fabrics, mechanisms, post-production edits, or the customization choices you made during the ordering process.

Delivery Timeline

We anticipate a standard delivery period of 15 to 20 days starting from the order placement date, unless a different timeline is officially provided by the Kalyani Furnitech Store Manager. In rare circumstances, an extended delay of up to 15 additional days may occur depending on the supply status of raw materials.

Order Processing

An initial advance payment ranging from 70% to 80% of the total order value is required immediately upon placing the order, the exact percentage depending on the product type.

For orders that involve extensive customization, 100% advance payment may be required.

Processing of the order will only begin after the advance amount has been successfully received and confirmed. For transactions made via UPI, cancellations are strictly not allowed, and you will be responsible for any unforeseen costs incurred.

Order Payments & Receipts

Orders for which initial payments are made using a cheque, demand draft or digital payment methods will be processed only once the payment has been successfully realized and credited into the bank account.

The confirmed advance payment will be clearly noted in the Sale Order, which will also indicate the remaining balance due or the time of product dispatch or completion. Full payment 100% of the cost must be collected before the product is dispatched.

All payments must strictly be made in the name of Kalyani Furnitech through authorized channels such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Net banking, NEFT, UPI, debit card, etc.

We will not assume responsibility for any payments made to personal accounts of employees or third parties who claim to represent Please ensure all monetary transactions are directed solely to the company’s official payment channels.

Order Cancellation & Alterations

We typically initiate the procurement of customized raw materials (such as fabric, leather, accessories, etc.) within 24 hours of receiving the order. Therefore, once this sourcing process begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

Changes or modifications to the order are only permitted within the initial 24 hours from the time of order placement. Once material procurement has started, no changes or amendments can be processed.

Kalyani Furnitech retains the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order. In such circumstances, the advance payment collected will be fully refunded.

Any refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.

Product Holding & Storage

Your completed product(s) will be stored in our facility for a maximum of 10 days from the date they are ready.

After this initial period, a storage fee of ₹ 150 per day will be applicable and must be cleared before the product can be dispatched.

JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of or related to this Sale Order shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra
