Product Guarantee and Repair Provisions

1.Guarantee Scope

Kalyani Furnitech extends a guarantee for its furniture products, covering defects in manufacturing, materials, and craftsmanship. Thea period and specific conditions of this coverage are provided at the point of sale and documented within the product paperwork.

2.Guarantee Exceptions

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Standard wear and tear, including but not limited to color fading, discoloration, or harm resulting from exposure to sunlight or other environmental factors.
  • Damage arising from incorrect use, maintenance, or care, including failure to adhere to the provided care instructions.
  • Damage resulting from modifications, changes, or personalized alterations performed by the purchaser or external parties.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse, including but not limited to burns, cuts, scrapes, or pet-inflicted damage.
  • Items utilized for business, collective, or commercial purposes, unless explicitly specified otherwise.
  • Any specific or extra personalization requested by the purchaser beyond the standard specifications.
3. Guarantee Procedure

To initiate a claim under the guarantee, customers should:

  • Get in touch with our customer service team during the guarantee period, offering a detailed explanation of the problem and supporting evidence such as videos or photos.
  • Present proof of purchase, including the date and your contact number.
  • Permit our staff to examine the product, either on-site or by returning it to our facility, as we deem necessary.

If the claim is approved, we reserve the right to either mend or substitute the faulty item or issue a reimbursement, as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Maintenance and Servicing

Beyond guarantee repairs, we offer maintenance services for items that are outside the guarantee period or not covered by the terms. The following stipulations apply:

  • An evaluation might be necessary to ascertain the extent of the work and provide an estimated cost.
  • The client is responsible for all expenses associated with the repair, including labor, parts, and transport costs.
  • Repairs will proceed only upon receipt of the customer’s written consent and payment of the required upfront amount.
5.Client Responsibilities

 Clients are accountable for:

  • Proper maintenance and upkeep of the product, adhering to the provided care guidelines.
  • Any supplementary fees incurred due to client errors, such as inaccurate dimensions, fabric selections, or customizations.
  • Ensuring the item is accessible for assessment, maintenance, or removal, and that the surrounding space is safe for our technicians.
